Register to Vote - This form is for people who have never been registered to vote before.

Re-Register to Vote Request - This is for people who have been registered to vote before
                                                 but whose registration has expired.

Absentee Ballot Request - This form is for Palauan citizens who will not be in Palau on
                                           election day, but still desire to vote.
